Kindly note we only do EXCHANGES - NO RETURN. We charge a nominal fee of Rs 200 to initiate the exchange process.
Once we recieve your request our customer support executive will get in touch with you within 3 working days for futher process.
Sanskritam will get the product picked up from the address mentioned once we receive the request.
Please note that shipping company will make 3 attempts for product pick-up .
If the customer is unable to handover the product he/she will have to ship the product at his/her own expense.
Sanskritam will not be responsible post that for any sort of claims.
