I ordered this product but I was allergic to it. So I applied for exchange, my exchange was approved and Sanskritam team arranged for a pickup via Delhivery for which INR 200 was charged. I used to get messages from them but the delivery person never showed up and falsely updated the status saying "customer wasn't available " which was a lie. I myself took initiative and called the delivery person multiple times but he always said he will come at 3pm or 4pm but never showed up. I raised a complaint with Delhivery and also with Sanskritam via WhatsApp. I shared all my proofs and screenshots. Finally my exchange shipping was canceled and the reason was that "customer was not available" when on the contrary I was waiting and myself following up for the exchange. The Sanskritam team very directly said they are not responsible. But I think this is unfair. Essentially if they do not have control over their third party delivery partners then they should just give an option right at the start saying- opt 1. Sanskritam arranges pickup and Opt 2. Customer chooses to ship it themselves. The options should be given right at the start. My experience was very very very bad and disappointing. I end up paying INR 1599 + 200 and still ended up with a material I am allergic to. And now they are expecting me to pay more and ship it to them. Very little to no support from the support team.
